We're looking for a Head Coach who is passionate about fitness, thrives in a team environment, and is excited to take on a leadership role.

As Head Coach, you'll set the standard for coaching excellence in your studio. You'll lead by example, mentor and develop your coaching team, and work closely with studio leadership to deliver an exceptional member experience.

What You'll Do

Lead and Develop Your Coaching Team

Set the standard for coaching excellence, energy, and member engagement
Mentor, support, and develop coaches through regular feedback and coaching
Help onboard and train new coaches
Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable coaching culture

Deliver an Exceptional Member Experience

Lead and motivate members through Orangetheory's science-backed workouts
Ensure members are using proper form and provide individualized coaching and corrections
Build meaningful relationships with members and celebrate their progress
Create an energetic, welcoming, and motivating studio environment

Support Studio Performance

Partner with studio leadership to drive member engagement, retention, and overall studio success
Maintain a strong understanding of Orangetheory's heart-rate-based training methodology
Ensure coaches are knowledgeable and confident in demonstrating all studio equipment and exercises
Lead by example through professionalism, reliability, and a team-first attitude

Requirements

Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an Orangetheory-approved organization
Maintain current AED/CPR certification
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
A passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals
A positive attitude and willingness to lead by example

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

About Us

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
