Fitness Ambassador (Sales & Member Experience)

Orangetheory Fitness White Lake is brand new to the community, and we’re looking for outgoing, motivated Fitness Ambassadors to help elevate the member experience and grow our studio community.

About the Role

The Fitness Ambassador plays a vital role in the daily operations of the studio, serving as the first point of contact for members and guests. This role blends exceptional customer service, membership sales, and community building in a high-energy, team-oriented environment.

You’ll help introduce new members to Orangetheory, support existing members, and contribute to a welcoming, organized, and results-driven studio atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service to members and guests, creating a friendly and inclusive environment
Drive membership sales, renewals, and retail transactions while meeting and exceeding performance goals
Conduct studio tours and confidently explain Orangetheory’s workout and membership options
Maintain accurate records using sales and CRM systems
Follow up with prospective and current members via phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions
Keep the front desk and studio clean, organized, and welcoming
Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and community events
Partner with coaches and leadership to ensure smooth daily operations and a strong member experience

What We’re Looking For

Passion for fitness and helping others succeed
Strong customer-service mindset with a positive, welcoming attitude
Sales-driven and comfortable working toward goals and incentives
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative, dependable, and team-oriented
Basic computer skills; CRM or sales software experience is a plus
Previous experience in fitness, retail, hospitality, or sales preferred (but not required)

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
