Stationed in the vibrant Charlotte, NC market, you’ll be our secret weapon for soaring to new heights. In this dynamic position, you won’t just be managing operations; you’ll be the driving force behind multiple locations, pushing the boundaries of what's possible. You’ll be steering our Sales Managers and Operations Managers with a strategic blend of insight and inspiration, shattering sales goals and cultivating a culture of unstoppable excellence. Your entrepreneurial spirit will be the fuel propelling our momentum forward.

But this isn't a role for the faint-hearted. You'll be rolling up your sleeves, diving into the nitty-gritty, and leading by example. With a Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of management experience—preferably in the fitness industry—you'll be poised to make an immediate impact.

About Us

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
